my passion started when...

I was in elementary school. My grandfather gave me the Photoshop Elements II software. From that moment on I was obsessed with making art with photography. I learned how to manipulate and make the pictures I took look amazing.

Later, I joined the yearbook at my high school. I went on to be the head photographer for my junior and senior years. I even went to yearbook camp to learn more about the photography aspects of the book. 

I was fortunate enough to be able to use the yearbook cameras for my own personal use on occasion. I was able to grow my passion and experience by photographing everywhere I went. You could always count on me to be at the football games on the sidelines taking pictures while my peers cheered on the team from the stands. 

I was upset after graduating that I wouldn't have the chance to use a high powered camera again. I used my high school graduation money as well as all of my savings to buy myself a camera when I graduated. I am so thankful that I was able to continue my dream of photographing.

Since then I have taken pictures throughout college and beyond. I graduated with an Electrical Engineering degree in 2013 and since have been working as an Electrical Engineer. In my spare time I take pictures for those that give me the privilege of capturing a piece of their life for just a moment.
